Our Home Delivery Service
Future Appliances uses its own fleet of delivery vehicles and delivers all home appliances in Coventry and Warwickshire.
Customer satisfaction is our number one aim so we aim to be as quick and flexible as we can to deliver all in-stock orders when you want.
Furthermore, if you require delivery beyond Coventry & Warwickshire, we offer a nationwide delivery service. Prices can be found by entering your postcode on a product page or at checkout.
Standard or Next Day Delivery (CV Postal Area)
When purchasing items on our website, we offer a free all day delivery service. If a more tailored home delivery service is required, we offer a time-slotted AM/PM window for just £10, letting you get on with your busy day! Don’t be fooled by other companies that offer a low product price and then stick on a large delivery fee to pump up the total cost at checkout.
We offer an unbeatable Next Day Delivery service on all in stock appliances for orders placed before 5pm subject to availability
Our drivers will safely deliver your appliance into an easy access ground floor room of your choice. Please note that deliveries of American fridge freezers to a ground floor room of choice and standard appliances to non-ground floor homes without a functional lift are chargeable (see Premium Delivery). Please call us if this affects your order as undelivered products caused by this problem will incur a re-delivery charge.
Same Day Delivery (CV Postal Area)
We offer a same day delivery in Coventry and Warwickshire for all orders received before 11am at a low rate of only £20. For orders placed after 11am please call us to confirm a same day delivery (subject to availability).
Premium Delivery (CV Postal Area)
If your delivery is not to an easy access ground floor room and does not have a functional lift, then we can provide a two-man delivery service at a rate of only £20. For American fridge freezers and other large items, a Premium Delivery is required for ground floor delivery.
Delivery to Birmingham & Leicestershire
We have expanded our Standard Delivery service to the Birmingham area and Leicestershire (B and LE postcodes only). We deliver to B postcodes on Wednesday's and LE postcodes on Friday's for only £20. We can install your new appliance and remove your old appliance at the same time too. For our Premium Delivery, we charge £20.
For nationwide deliveries excluding CV, B and LE postal areas we advise a delivery time of 5-10 working days with prices starting from only £54. For further information please contact our Sales team on 024-7668-5223.
Delivery to a Non-Billing Address
If it is essential that a delivery is required at an address different to that of the billing address we may commence additional security checks on your payment before the order is accepted. This security process is in place to help both you and us against fraudulent misuse of your credit and/or debit card details. This may lead to a delay in completing your order, therefore we strongly recommend that the delivery address matches the billing address.
Delivery to Northern Ireland & Remote Areas of the UK
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, remote parts of Scotland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Republic of Ireland.
Arrange a Delivery Date & Time
Our deliveries are available six days a week from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm and weekends between 10am-2pm. We offer free of charge time slotted delivery, either choose before 12pm or after 12pm. Plus we require a signature upon completion of delivery,
For our in-stock appliances we can deliver to you within hours of completing your order (see our delivery packages). You are able to choose your delivery date as part of you order over the phone or in-store.
With appliances that are ordered specially from the manufacturer, the delivery time can be a little longer, normally 3-10 working days depending on the product and its availability.
Once a delivery date and time is confirmed please make sure that you are at home on the agreed date and time slot. If you find out that you cannot guarantee your availability for the agreed date please provide no less than 24 hours’ notice otherwise a re-delivery charge will apply.
Keeping You Informed
We confirm each delivery by email and SMS and also contact you on the day of delivery to let you know when we are 15 minutes away. Just remember to give us your contact details and we'll do the rest!
Where a pre-confirmed delivery date and time slot has failed due to no one being present at the delivery address or restricted access you may be liable to pay a failed / re-delivery delivery charge. A re-delivery charge is also applicable if you cancel a delivery on the scheduled day of delivery. Further details are available in our Terms and Conditions.
